Bev Howarth has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and a wealth of knowledge to share. As the founder of The Howarth Group and a former brokerage owner (established in 2012), Bev is dedicated to creating a legacy of excellence in real estate. Her passion lies in fostering strong, respectful relationships with clients, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their decisions. This commitment is reflected in the majority of her business coming from referrals by clients, friends, and colleagues.

Having relocated to Cold Lake in 1991, Bev made it her home, growing both her family and her real estate business. She believes in a caring, personal approach grounded in trust, relationships, and creativity. Her approachable nature and dedication to honesty have been key to her success in helping clients navigate life-changing decisions like buying or selling a home.

At The Howarth Group, Bev and her team prioritize personal connections over impersonal technology, aiming to be the most referred team through the strong relationships they cultivate. Now, as a mom, I see its beauty and warmth through a new lens, and I love helping clients discover that same sense of belonging for themselves and their families. Sharing the joy and comfort that Cold Lake offers is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

When Bev looked to expand her team, she sought someone with a strong work ethic and, most importantly, someone who would care for her clients as much as she did. After working behind the scenes for eight years, learning the ins and outs of real estate, and witnessing the genuine connections Bev formed with her clients, I was deeply motivated to always strive for more and to offer the best for our clients. In 2021, we made it official, and The Howarth Group was born. Bev and I are often seen around town together, known in the community for always being by each other’s side.

We blend our strengths together, combining our business experience and creative minds to bring the best ideas to the table and drive results for our clients. We know that we may not be re-inventing the wheel in the Real Estate world but we are constantly innovating the experience and creative thinking behind the way people transact in real estate.
